Supervisor

An established insurance building company is seeking a qualified Carpenter ready to step off the tools and into a Supervisor role. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong carpentry experience who is looking to progress into site management within the insurance repairs sector.

You will oversee residential insurance repair projects, coordinating trades, ensuring quality workmanship, and keeping projects running on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise residential insurance repair and restoration projects
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Conduct site inspections and ensure works meet quality standards
• Manage project timelines and communicate updates to internal teams
• Ensure health and safety requirements are maintained on site
• Provide technical guidance to trades where required

Skills & Experience

• Qualified Carpenter with solid residential construction experience
• Looking to move into a Supervisor / Foreman type role
• Strong understanding of building processes and trades coordination
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and maintain high quality standards
• Experience in insurance repairs or maintenance work is advantageous
